I'm Renee Egnatz, a licensed real estate Broker with McColly Real Estate, serving St. John, Munster, Schererville, and communities throughout Northwest Indiana's Lake and Porter Counties. My tagline says it best: get results that move you.


My professional career began in 1994 as a CPA after graduating from The University of Arizona. In 2002, I started a property management company and worked as a commercial and residential property manager. I sat on the Board of Directors of several Homeowners' Associations and managed a general contracting business for over 20 years. That combination - the numbers side from my CPA training, the operations side from property management, and the hands-on knowledge from contracting - is the foundation I bring to every client as a REALTOR.


My objective is to minimize stress throughout the entire journey by providing clarity and simplicity to help my clients accomplish their real estate goals, whether they're buying their first home or selling a longtime one.


As part of my commitment to our community, I've led a fundraiser for an after-school community center to help create a safe environment for kids, and I've donated holiday meals for years to local churches, community centers, and nursing homes.


Born and raised in Munster, I'm now a proud resident of St. John, where I raised my three sons - James, Jack, and Sam. Now that I've graduated from working soccer mom to empty nester, I focus on fitness, reading, traveling, and spending time with the large family and great friends I've made in this wonderful community.
